Sponsorship Opportunities – We host many special events, luncheons, and award programs throughout the year and offer Chamber members the opportunity to sponsor or donate door prizes. Sponsorship of events can broaden a member’s customer base and provide company visibility to other Chamber businesses as well as the community.

HCC Chamber Packs – The Chamber has recently renovated an old favorite. HCC Chamber Packs are new and improved and offer multiple ways to reach over 800 Chamber Members bi-monthly including business card ads or flyer inserts. The new Chamber Packs are mailed in a postal approved poly-bag and include important Chamber information, community updates from the Town Supervisor and the Mayors of the Village of Blasdell and Hamburg as well as Chamber Member business card advertisements.

Web Advertising – Every Chamber Member is listed on our website - here, under HCC Directory - with a link to the member’s website (where applicable). New Members will be listed here on the website’s New Member page for a total of three months. Special events are listed FREE of charge. The Chamber is currently working on additional internet advertising opportunities for our members.

Program Booklet Advertising Plan - Unable to attend our Special Events, but still would like a presence? Now you can advertise in any of our Event Program Booklets including the State of the Town Address, HCC Annual Golf Tournament, Recognition Luncheon and Holiday Bash. Ad sizes include Patron Ads for $50, Quarter Page Ads for $75, Half Page Ads for $100 and Full Page Ads for $175. Plus... HCC E-Newsletter – The Chamber produces a FREE bi-weekly e-newsletter which can now be viewed on our website. The HCC E-Newsletter keeps people informed of news and events in both the Chamber and Community and with fellow Chamber Members. Click here to view the latest edition of the HCC E-Newsletter along with flyers from some of our Members. Members can post upcoming events, special offers or promotions, by faxing flyers or information to 649-6362. Deadline for all information is Mondays at 5:00 PM.

Member-to-Member Connections – Located here on the HCC Directory page of our website, Member-to-Member Connections are one to two line listings designed to encourage members to do business with each other. Whether it is company information or a special offer discount, or promotion, these listings are FREE of charge and can be changed monthly. Deadline for changes is the last Friday of each month.

Marketing Tools – At any time, members can receive a membership roster* FREE of charge. Pre-printed member mailing labels are also available for a $75.00 fee. Use HCC mailing labels for direct mail pieces, to invite fellow members to a ribbon cutting or special event or to launch a new product or service to local business professionals. *Rosters are available in either alphabetical or categorical listings.
